At Adulting Is Hard Cleaning, my regular cleaning rate is £26 per hour, with first visits, reset cleans and deep cleans from £28 per hour.
I also send every client a detailed breakdown after each visit, outlining exactly what was completed during the clean. I believe you should know where your time has been spent and feel confident you're receiving value from the service you're paying for.
Could you find a cleaner for less? Absolutely. But when comparing prices, it's worth taking a holistic view and considering the overall service, reliability, communication, quality of work and value you're receiving, not just the hourly rate.
