  • Most regular cleans are 2–3 hours. First visits or catch-up cleans usually need 3–5 hours so future visits are quicker.

  • Adulting Is Hard Cleaning is a judgement-free cleaning service designed for real life. not perfect homes.

    We know that life gets busy, overwhelming, and sometimes the house is the first thing to slip. That doesn’t mean you’ve failed, it just means you need a reset.

    We specialise in first visits, catch-up cleans, and resets — the kind of support people often feel too embarrassed to ask for.

  • No, you don’t need to tidy first. We work around real life and focus on making your space feel calmer within the time booked.

  • Not at all. Many clients choose to head out while I’m there and come back to a freshly cleaned space. As long as I can access your home and you’ve let me know any priorities, you don’t need to be present.

    If you’d rather be home, that’s absolutely fine too, whatever makes you feel most comfortable ✨

  • The hourly rate is £24, and its a minimum of 2 hours per service.
